Wedding Gift Gone Bad!

My in-laws have been cleaning out the nooks and crannies of their house and found this beauty! They received it as a wedding gift years ago and promptly packed it away only to re-discover its beauty & charm a few short weeks ago.
This set is a wonderful shade of pink. Think of the color you would get if you mixed two parts Pepto Bismol with one part Mylanta - yes, that's it... a pale washed out pink. The lidded center bowl and four side dishes rest daintily upon a faux wood grained pressboard base. The base is in good working order and spins freely.
Although it took me longer to wash the built up dust off the set than it did to write this listing, this set was never used and has no chips, cracks, or other damage to mar its beauty. The base has a few light scratches consistent with being packed away for many years with pottery loosely placed on top it.
The complete set measures approximately 16" across and the center bowl measures 6" in diameter and 6 3/4" tall.
The bottom of each piece is marked: BELMAR Calif 310 USA (see picture below).
