This is a really ugly figurine. I believe it is supposed to be a parrot, but I really don't know. It may be a chicken on drugs. I can't tell exactly what it is made of, sort of feels like cement, but I honestly can't say. It says Ortega on the bottom, and that is the only marking. It is 6" tall.
