Easy Bread Dough
1 loaf white bread
1 btl white glue
1 tsp glycerin
- Process bread in a blender to crumble and place in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly pour in glue to moisten bread.
- add glycerin.
- knead mixture, adding glue if it seems to dry.
It will be sticky and messy at first, but keep kneading it will come together and be pliable.
It can be used immediately or stored for a week in zip lock bags in the refridgerator.
You can use it just like clay. After you have formed your item let it dry, making sure to turn items over daily for about a week. Use a soft bristle paint brush to remove any dust Paint as desired with acrylic paints.
Roll bead shapes with your hands, then poke a thin stiff wire through, wiggling it a little to make the wire loose in the hole. Place several beads on the wire preventing touching Place between two sides of a box that fits and allow to dry Decorate and string. Thin ribbon can be used to string, make a knot about 6" from the end, place a bead then tie a knot against that bead, place another bead and continue to the length desired ending with a final knot. Trim the ends to a length that allows the necklace to be tied with a bow knot
